Justin Wheeler, KIPP Philadelphia Schools’ Managing Director of Finance, joined KIPP Philadelphia following a year at Mathematica Policy Research, where he worked as an analyst on evaluations of education and social programs. Prior to that, he taught English at the high school level for seven years, first in Florida and then in Pennsylvania. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University. He lives with his wife and four children in Yardley, PA. He enjoys running, rowing, rock climbing, and long commutes to the city.
