As Director of School Operations, Reina Wilkes is responsible for providing operational guidance and support to all KPS schools to help them attain operational excellence. She leads regional initiatives to design, implement, and monitor systems and practices that enhance organizational efficiency and KPS’ scalability. Prior to joining KPS, Reina worked in finance, both as an analytics specialist and in brokerage sales, assisting clients with trading strategies and tools for Bloomberg Tradebook in New York City. Reina earned her BA in Business Economics and American Civilizations from Brown University and her MBA, with concentrations in Accounting and Strategic and Operations Management from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Reina and her fiancé, Matthew, are both originally from Philadelphia.
