At KIPP Philadelphia, our teachers never teach alone.  Our Team and Family has purposefully built a culture around sharing and collaboration because we all uphold the same high expectations and value being on the same page with one another.  Beyond our schools in Philadelphia, our educators appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with a network of over 2,000 KIPP educators nationally through retreats, summits, and an online sharing platform, KIPP Share.
